If you are concerned about a child - for professionals
If you feel there is an immediate risk of harm to a child or young person, call the Police on 999.
If you:
- have safeguarding concerns about a child or young person
- think a child or young person has suffered from significant harm or is at risk of significant harm
- consider the child or young person may be in need
a referral should be made to Referrals and Assessment team, Slough Children First.
- Call them on 01753 875362. You can also call this number if you need support to assess levels of need/risk.
- Email the electronic Multi-Agency Referral Form (MARF) on Slough Children First website to sloughchildren.referrals@sloughchildrenfirst.co.uk.
The operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
For emergencies outside these hours:
- call the Emergency Duty Team on 01344 351999
- email EDT@bracknell-forest.gov.uk
- call the police on 999.
