Elliman Avenue Children's Centre

Elliman Avenue Children’s Centre is a purpose built centre offering a wide range of services including funded early education for 2, 3 and 4 year old children.  The activities programme includes fun activities for families, informative workshops for parents, a wide range of health services, information and advice sessions as well as adult education courses.  The Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.   

If you would like to visit us, you will find us on the right hand side of the James Elliman Primary School in Elliman Avenue.  We are at the rear of the staff car park.  There is limited on street parking in Elliman Avenue and in Lismore Park, with a pedestrian path from Lismore Park to the school site.  Alternatively, contact us on ellimanavenue.childrenscentre@slough.gov.uk or 01753 896688.  We look forward to seeing you soon.

Elliman Avenue Children’s Centre is proud to serve families of many religions, cultures and ethnic backgrounds. 

Support and advice -Meeting the needs of your child and the other demands of family life can sometimes feel stressful and demanding.  At Elliman Avenue Children’s Centre we offer support to pregnant mums and parents of newborn babies through to when your child starts school. 

Learning Together - We have a creative team of Family Services Practitioners who are experienced in helping  parents to interact with their children and to facilitate learning.  As well as delivering a programme of stimulating activities for you and your child to attend, they also provide courses just for parents.

Home and finances - Our Family Services Officers offer advice and information about a range of issues including debt, relationship breakdown, mental and physical health, housing and employment. They can put you in touch with a range of other services, apply for grants if you are in a crisis and offer practical help and support.

At Elliman Avenue Children's Centre we know having a child under 5 is a wonderful experience, but it can be a time when you have more questions than answers.
