Wokingham Waterside Centre - Children and adults with additional needs

Wokingham Waterside Centre is fully wheel chair accessible. Our qualified instructors are available to provide opportunities for children and adults with additional needs and there is specialist equipment available including hoists. Throughout summer, every Saturday there is an additional needs group using katakanus but other boats are available.

Wokingham Waterside Centre is a unique, riverside, water sport and conference venue set on a picturesque stretch of the river Thames at Thames Valley Park in Berkshire. 

We are a self-funding, registered, Charity and approved BCU Centre. We provide:  

  • Numerous water activities
  • Professional coaching
  • Special needs events
  • Conferencing facilities

We also run After School Clubs, Multi Activity Days throughout the school holidays and Corporate Team Building Days.
