Family History Advice

The Windsor branch of the Berkshire Family History Society, in association with Slough Libraries hold monthly advice sessions for Family History research on the first Wednesday of the month between 2 and 5pm. at Cippenham Library in Elmshott Lane, SL1 5RB.

We make use of the library computers which give free access to several family history websites.

There are also regular branch meetings in Windsor at 7.15pm on the last Tuesday of the month, see our programme on the BerksFHS website.

Our new Research Centre, in Reading, is open on several days of the week. If you plan to explore family history records further, then a visit to the Centre for Heritage and Family History is worth a visit. All computer access is free.
