Private fostering
- Is someone else's child living with you? You might not realise it, but this could be private fostering. Legally the Trust needs to be aware of these arrangements. Private fostering is when someone else’s child, other than a close relative, is living with you for more than 28 consecutive days. This is for all children up to the age of 16, or 18 if they have a disability.
