Due to the COVID-19 situation, please contact service providers directly to confirm if the service is still available
Victims First is dedicated to making sure that all victims of crime receive the support they need to cope and recover from the impact of their crime. We care about those affected by crime and work continuously to improve services and support for victims.
Victims First is based in Thames Valley and covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We provide support directly through our own services as well as signposting victims to other appropriate organisations through this website. The services available in our directory include both phone and face to face support to provide both practical and emotional help.
Our directory of support services will assist you in finding the right organisation, in the right location, for your needs. If you have any trouble finding an appropriate organisation please get in touch with us through our feedback form.
All of this support is available regardless of whether you decide to report the crime to the police. If you do decide to report to the police we have guidance in our Victims Code section on your rights and entitlements that you should be receiving from the Criminal Justice System e.g. Police, Crown Prosecution Service, Courts etc.
