With locally based network partners Carers Trust supports carers in:

• their homes through the provision of replacement care
• the community with information, advice, emotional support, hands on practical help and access to much needed breaks.

Carers Trust supports young carers through:

• employability workshops - interview and CV support, skills training, one-to-one support, mentoring
• insight days - young carers experience work cultures, learn about roles within an organisation, shadow employees, make valuable contacts and try their hands at new skills
• carer-friendly job opportunities.

It also offers a wide range of resources and information for anyone who works with carers.
