Sistine is a spacious Victorian detached house set in 13 acres of grounds within easy access of Slough town centre. The home offers accommodation to 16 adults who may need support with autism, challenging behaviour or physical disabilities.
Sistine has a large lounge with chandeliers and a period fireplace, the dining room has its original wooden floor. It also offers smaller spaces for eating and relaxation. The house offers space for service users who need opportunities to move freely within their own safe environment.
The home is owned and cared for by Rehabilitation Education and Community Homes Limited, who have provided outstanding residential care for adults with learning disabilities since 1996.
The Coach House provides a home that offers residential care to promote independent living for adults with learning disabilities, who may need additional support through individual behaviours or other issues.
The Coach House is a detached property with three single rooms on two floors. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, which have a shared bathroom and a sitting room, where people can relax and chill out. The ground floor bedroom has an ensuite-wet room.
The property is annexed to Sistine Manor, but is managed separately from the main building. The house is situated on the edge of Stoke Poges village within easy reach of Wexham Park Hospital and Slough town centre. There are pubs and shops nearby. Extra support can also be provided 24 hours a day by staff based at Sistine Manor.
