2021 online benefits advice workshops for autistic people and their families
Bookings are now open for the first of our free online Understanding Your Benefits Rights workshops in 2021.
The workshops advise autistic adults and parents and carers of autistic children and young people living in the county about their entitlement to benefits and how to apply.
The workshops, which will all take place on Mondays, from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Zoom, are as follows:
January 11: For autistic young people and adults aged 16+, and their parents and carers, about applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
February 8: For autistic young people and adults aged 16+, and their parents and carers, about applying for Universal Credit and Employment & Support Allowance (ESA).
March 8: For parents and carers of autistic children aged up to 15, about applying for Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
