Happiness get-togethers are a chance to meet like-minded people and take some time to explore how we can make ourselves and others happier. Anyone over 18 who is interested in happiness is welcome, they are facilitated by a volunteer from Slough Happiness Collective.
They start with a few minutes mindfulness followed by a simple gratitude practice and then a chance to discuss a topic such as ‘how can we be more kind to ourselves and others’? Why should I attend? Because its scientifically proven that you can impact your own happiness despite your circumstances and your genes.
The event is held on the first Thursday of every month.
