Adult Dyslexia Centre
The Adult Dyslexia Centre (ADC) offers advice to adults with dyslexia, helps them to develop their skills to find better opportunities.
ADC also provides:
- diagnostic assessments for children (pre and post 16)
- access arrangements for extra time in exams such as GCSEs and A Levels
- online and face to face adult support group
- monthly webinars
- online course for parents and teachers of dyslexic children.

Yes.
- What are the eligibility criteria for your service?
Adults should have dyslexia, or think they may have it or another related specific learning difficulty such as dyspraxia, ADHD.
Learners on our teachers' and parents' courses must have an interest in dyslexia.
- How are referrals/applications made to your service?
Either by adults already knowing that they are dyslexic or by requesting a screening session to look for dyslexic traits.
We can also provide a full diagnostic assessment to identify dyslexia.
