Always Look on the Bright Side of Life - grants for projects

The charity provides grants to meet the needs of children (under 18 year olds) to improve their conditions of life.

As of October 2023, the Charity has suspended individual grant-giving to beneficiaries. It focuses on:

  • funding projects and/or
  • providing funding to be administered to individual beneficiaries by other charities, CICs, and non-profit organisations.

Check Always Look On The Bright Side of Life for updates.

The charity:

  • is interested in applications for grants that will provide children with enjoyment, not just the basic essentials of daily life
  • does NOT fund furniture, carpets, white goods, school/university fees, computer equipment or debts and debt management
  • only funds grants for children
  • does not provide funds to individuals directly. Please apply through a professional organisation, such as a school, C.A.B., or Local Authority.

All applications must be submitted with supporting evidence.
