Slough Libraries - October half term holidays

All four of our libraries – The Curve, Britwell, Cippenham and Langley – are now partially open for our new Click and Collect service and book returns.

  • What is Click and Collect?
Request what you are after using Click and Collect. You can ask for something in particular or you can ask for a type of book like biographies! Contact your local library using the form on our online catalogue or email or telephone your preferred library.

  • When can I return my books?
You can come to any of our libraries to return your books during our temporary opening hours – Monday to Friday 10am-4pm at all libraries. You will find a container at the entrance where you can place them. Any returned books will be placed in quarantine for 72 hours.
  • My books are overdue. Will I get fined?
We are not currently issuing fines. If you have any issues, please get in touch. You can renew your books in the normal way – online or by telephone or use our library app. Issue and renewal dates have been extended to 12 weeks.
  • What about activities?
Library activities and events can still be found online on our social media platforms. You can visit our social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, to view regular activities such as story and rhyme time, LEGO®, crafts and seated exercise, plus a whole host of new content, including special events like Summer Reading Challenge.
