Healthy Start Vitamins - Slough Children's Centres

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the following Children's Centres are closed: Chalvey Grove, Elliman Avenue, Monksfield Way, Orchard Avenue, Romsey Close, St Andrews Way, Vicarage Way, Wexham Road, Yew Tree Road.

Childcare for the children of key workers and vulnerable children have been moved to Penn Rd Children's Centre. Click here for further information.

Healthy Start is a UK–wide government scheme to improve the health of pregnant women and families on benefits or low incomes.

The scheme also provides an opportunity for all those working with pregnant women and young families to provide encouragement, information and support about subjects like healthy eating, breastfeeding, vitamin supplements and nutrition for pregnant women, new mothers, babies and young children.  

Healthy Start Vitamins can be collected from any Slough Children’s Centre during normal opening hours.  

Just produce either the Healthy Start Voucher or the message from your Health Visitor confirming in your child’s red book that you are eligible.
