Healthy Start vitamins - Slough Children Centres
Healthy Start is a UK–wide government scheme to improve the health of pregnant women and families on benefits or low income.
The scheme also provides an opportunity for all those working with pregnant women and young families to provide encouragement, information and support about subjects like:
- healthy eating
- breastfeeding
- vitamin supplements and nutrition
Healthy Start vitamins can be collected from the following Children's Centres:
- Romsey Close Children's Centre SL3 8PE, call 01753 540797.
- Penn Road Children's Centre SL2 1PG, call 01753 574420.
- Chalvey Grove Children's Centre SL1 2TE, call 01753 574387.

To provide proof of eligibility, you will need to bring the:
- Healthy Start voucher or
- slip signed by your Health Visitor
in your child’s red book.
