Sewak Housing - Freedom Programme in Urdu / Punjabi

Sewak housing is offering the freedom programme which is a rolling 10-week programme in Asian Languages (Urdu, Punjabi), you are welcome to join at any time.

The programme will help you to recognise the early signs of domestic abuse and to understand the effects abuse can have on individuals and their children.

The sessions are fair informal and friendly, nobody has to explain why they are there or disclose any personal information.

Anyone who has attended the sessions comes away feeling liberated, often thinking clearly for the first time in years and ready to change their life around.
