seakr care

seakr is a community provider of local, high quality care workers and Personal Assistants to support vulnerable people in their own homes, to maintain their independent living for as long as they choose.  seakr focus on local communities, to bring needs and resources together on the same accessible platform for domiciliary care, introducing the giver and receiver of care.

Care Givers

We champion care workers and personal assistants who offer high quality, compassionate, personalised care to others in need of their skills and support.  This includes financial rewards reflective of their experience and level of care they offer, as well as choice and control over their work life  balance.   Seakr provide the right level of training and induction to enable them to offer the type of care suited to their experience and choice as well as completion of a robust recruitment process.  This given assurances to those looking for care support, knowing their choice via seakr involves trusted, genuine workers.

Care Receivers

seakr have a  senior Management Team of experienced, professionals who have all worked in the healthcare arena for over 75 years combined.  They have brought their expertise and passion to lead this new model of care to the local community it serves.  Understanding the needs of care receivers, their vulnerable situation and delicacy of each individual, allows seakr to give a personal service in identifying the right care package support for them whilst giving them the full control of who, how, why and when they have that support.

Care Seekers

At times when someone in need is limited in arranging their own care, seakr work with the ‘nearest relative' to compile the care package and care worker or personal assistant.  With our online IT platforms, website and easy access to information and our team, care seekers can have visibility of the care workers we have available in their area, level of training experience along with hourly rates for care.  Seakr can respond promptly and link care seekers and receivers to their chosen care worker in a short period of time.

We, the team at seakr have a mission to bring the best care worker to the right care receiver, giving choice and control to all parties, which results in better satisfaction, relationship engagement and outcome.  Social responsibility underpins our daily decisions for seakr and those who its supports.
