Bump Start - Home Start Slough

Pre-birth to one year post-birth support for Mums.  This is an interactive and non-judgemental 6 session course enabling mothers to explore their feelings and concerns over pregnancy and becoming a mum. The course aims to empower mums and give them a better understanding of pregnancy & birth, emotional wellbeing, family relationships, support services and social networks, attachment and infant brain development and caring for a new baby.
