The 3H Foundation - respite and holidays for people with disabilities and carers

Local Offer
The 3H Foundation Logo

The 3H Foundation supports families:

  • on a low income and
  • with a disabled member

to have a UK break away by providing holiday grants.

We offer:

  • subsidised group holidays for people with disabilities
  • the opportunity of a holiday independent from their day to day carer, to make new friends and have different experiences.

The holidays also give the carers valuable respite.

The carer's programme provides a respite break for carers through our carer holiday grants through:

  • spa days
  • afternoon teas
  • respite hampers.

The TeensPLUS programme enables:

  • young people with disabilities and young carers aged 13 - 25 to take part in home-based activities
  • other organisations to provide days out and group activities
  • periods of respite for young carers through activity hampers.
