Yes Futures is a UK charity that specialises in young people's personal development and wellbeing.
We have typically delivered 1-1 sessions with young people in schools, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, we have adapted our offering to include free resources parents can complete with their children at home.
Our Home Grown Skills free resources for parents are designed to help young people connect with their families and work on four key skills of self-awareness, confidence, resilience and communication. The resources include a series of 8 comprehensive activity sheets, ranging from 30-50 minutes, that can be done without the need to print.
