Talking Therapies - counselling service
Feeling low, stressed, or worrying too much? Talking Therapies is a free, confidential NHS service for those 17 and over, living in Berkshire with low mood, anxiety or stress.
Therapies include:
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
- guided self-help
- stress less workshops
- wellness workshops
- counselling for depression
- employment support
- online and virtual peer support
- online therapy
- couples therapy for depression
- Interpersonal Psychotherapy for depression.
Three main ways to refer yourself:
- Sign-up for Talking Therapies online
- Call 0300 365 2000 (press 2)
- Ask your GP to refer you.
For urgent medical or mental health care, contact your GP or you can call NHS 111.
If you or anyone else is in immediate danger or harm then please call the Police or Ambulance service on 999.
