Public Health Slough
At Slough Borough Council, we are committed to helping our residents improve their health, well-being and fitness, and to be in the best shape possible. The Public Health Slough website is packed with advice, resources, stories and links to educate, inspire and assist in reaching your goals, whatever they may be.
You can set your own goals on the website, and whether you want to move more, lose weight, stop smoking or drink less, there is advice and guidance for you. There are different apps to download, as well as signposting to local groups for support.
Part of the website is a brand new interactive and intuitive ‘physical activity finder’. This allows you to search for accurate, live and up to date opportunities from across the borough.
