Muslim Bereavement & Support Service
The Muslim Bereavement & Support Service is a non-profit organisation, founded in 2012 aimed at serving the community by supporting bereaved women who have lost a loved one. Our trained female volunteers can provide a free and confidential environment for this. We offer face-to-face and telephone support in multiple languages.
We work with other organisations including the NHS and hospices to provide spiritual context to the bereavement services that they offer.
We welcome the opportunity to work with hospitals, hospices and other similar organisations to help support their bereavement support services, especially within a spiritual context to the Muslim community.
