Slough Outreach

Slough Outreach - Homeless Project is a people’s initiative, set up to help the homeless, vulnerable and displaced people in Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead.

Our aim is to raise awareness of the issue of homelessness, work with other local like minded groups to help those effected by homelessness and 'END HOMELESSNESS'!

We have setup homeless outreach service in Slough, providing food, warm clothing, care & support to the needy and less fortunate people in our town.

We are able to offer Advocacy* service via Advocacy in Slough - A Professional one to one Independent Advocacy to support someone with a specific issue or issues.

We provide access to medical care support through our partners and signpost people to services offered by the local authorities and other great organisations in the area.

With the consent of our service users, our volunteers are able to help them make applications to access the benefits they may be entitled to, setup appointments and escort them to these appointments too.
