An opportunity to discover and develop skills to enhance and connect with your BODY through:
- Nritta – footwork, rhythm, movement, pirouettes and MIND
- Nritya – storytelling, co-ordination, holistic expression and engagement.
Have fun discovering the potential and expression of your body through a dance form that has been flourishing and evolving in the UK over the last five decades and for centuries in the Indian sub-continent.
Open to all ages and skill levels!
When: every Tuesday.
- 5pm – only children
- 6pm – young adults.
Where: The Gallery at The Curve, Slough (William St, Slough SL1 1XY).
