Sidekick is a confidential helpline for young carers aged 13-18 in the UK to help you by:
- listening when things feel tough
- talking about your responsibilities at home and what could help
- supporting you in making phone calls, filling out forms or speaking to professionals
- supporting you with relationship worries with friends or family
- finding extra support for you.
Message Sidekick about anything that’s bothering you.
