Preparing for adulthood - adult social care & how to access
Adult Social Care provide services for:
- adults (18 years and over) and
- who live within the borough of Slough and
- who are dependent on others for care and/or support because of their age, a disability or ongoing health problems.
The service offers a range of information, advice and support to help them :
- be as independent as they can be
- stay living in their own home for as long as possible
- stay involved in social activities
- live the life the way they want.
The service also supports carers who look after a dependent adult.
