Support to reduce parental conflict - online parenting courses

Arguments are a natural part of relationships. But what can we do to reduce our differences?

In Slough, we have the following online courses to support parents.

  • Me, you and baby too - for new and expectant parents.
  • Arguing better - for parents experiencing high levels of stress and couple conflict.
  • Getting it right for children - for separating or separated parents experiencing high levels of conflict.

These courses:

  • help you to adjust to changes in your relationship due having a baby
  • raise awareness of the effect of stress and conflict on your baby/child
  • increase your capacity to cope with stress
  • support you to develop positive communication skills to manage conflict
  • support you to co-operate and work out solutions together
  • offer free resources on debt and the impact it has on your relationships.
